circus software package provides process & socket manager. It can be used to monitor and control, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install circus
circus is installed in your system.
Make ensure the circus package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep circus *
You will get with circus package name, version, architecture and description in a table
