basez software package provides base 16/32/64 encode/decode data to standard output, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install basez
basez is installed in your system.
Make ensure the basez package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep basez *
You will get with basez package name, version, architecture and description in a table
