ruby-rest-client software package provides simple REST client for Ruby, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ruby-rest-client
ruby-rest-client is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ruby-rest-client package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ruby-rest-client *
You will get with ruby-rest-client package name, version, architecture and description in a table
