arcanist software package provides Command line interface for Phabricator (review platform), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install arcanist
arcanist is installed in your system.
Make ensure the arcanist package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep arcanist *
You will get with arcanist package name, version, architecture and description in a table
