How to uninstall or remove emacs-intl-fonts software package from Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak)

You can uninstall or removes an installed emacs-intl-fonts package itself from Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove emacs-intl-fonts

Uninstall emacs-intl-fonts including dependent package

If you would like to remove emacs-intl-fonts and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove emacs-intl-fonts

Use Purging emacs-intl-fonts

If you use with purge options to emacs-intl-fonts package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge emacs-intl-fonts

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove emacs-intl-fonts
