duply software package provides easy to use frontend to the duplicity backup system, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install duply
duply is installed in your system.
Make ensure the duply package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep duply *
You will get with duply package name, version, architecture and description in a table
