duck software package provides checks URLs in debian/control and debian/upstream files, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install duck
duck is installed in your system.
Make ensure the duck package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep duck *
You will get with duck package name, version, architecture and description in a table
