dtc-xen software package provides SOAP daemon and scripts to allow control panel management for Xen VMs, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dtc-xen
dtc-xen is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dtc-xen package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dtc-xen *
You will get with dtc-xen package name, version, architecture and description in a table
