dict-freedict-all software package provides meta-package to install or dictionary databases from the FreeDict project, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dict-freedict-all
dict-freedict-all is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dict-freedict-all package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dict-freedict-all *
You will get with dict-freedict-all package name, version, architecture and description in a table
