How to uninstall or remove dico-module-wordnet software package from Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak)

You can uninstall or removes an installed dico-module-wordnet package itself from Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove dico-module-wordnet 

Uninstall dico-module-wordnet including dependent package

If you would like to remove dico-module-wordnet and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove dico-module-wordnet 
Use Purging dico-module-wordnet

If you use with purge options to dico-module-wordnet package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge dico-module-wordnet 

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove dico-module-wordnet
