dibbler-client software package provides portable DHCPv6 client, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dibbler-client
dibbler-client is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dibbler-client package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dibbler-client *
You will get with dibbler-client package name, version, architecture and description in a table
