deluge-web software package provides bittorrent client written in Python/PyGTK (web ui), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install deluge-web
deluge-web is installed in your system.
Make ensure the deluge-web package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep deluge-web *
You will get with deluge-web package name, version, architecture and description in a table
