cpl-plugin-naco software package provides ESO data reduction pipeline for the NaCo instrument, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cpl-plugin-naco
cpl-plugin-naco is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cpl-plugin-naco package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cpl-plugin-naco *
You will get with cpl-plugin-naco package name, version, architecture and description in a table
