conquest-sqlite software package provides ConQuest DICOM Server - SQLite backend, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install conquest-sqlite
conquest-sqlite is installed in your system.
Make ensure the conquest-sqlite package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep conquest-sqlite *
You will get with conquest-sqlite package name, version, architecture and description in a table
