How to uninstall or remove code-of-conduct-signing-assist software package from Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak)

You can uninstall or removes an installed code-of-conduct-signing-assist package itself from Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove code-of-conduct-signing-assist

Uninstall code-of-conduct-signing-assist including dependent package

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove code-of-conduct-signing-assist

Use Purging code-of-conduct-signing-assist

If you use with purge options to code-of-conduct-signing-assist package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge code-of-conduct-signing-assist

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove code-of-conduct-signing-assist
