cl-zip software package provides Common Lisp HTTP client, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cl-zip
cl-zip is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cl-zip package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cl-zip *
You will get with cl-zip package name, version, architecture and description in a table
