How to uninstall or remove cl-trivial-garbage software package from Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak)

You can uninstall or removes an installed cl-trivial-garbage package itself from Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove cl-trivial-garbage

Uninstall cl-trivial-garbage including dependent package

If you would like to remove cl-trivial-garbage and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove cl-trivial-garbage

Use Purging cl-trivial-garbage

If you use with purge options to cl-trivial-garbage package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge cl-trivial-garbage

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove cl-trivial-garbage
