chirashi software package provides D-Bus-based IRC suite (clients plugins), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install chirashi
chirashi is installed in your system.
Make ensure the chirashi package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep chirashi *
You will get with chirashi package name, version, architecture and description in a table
