How to uninstall or remove chake software package from Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak)

You can uninstall or removes an installed chake package itself from Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove chake 

Uninstall chake including dependent package

If you would like to remove chake and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove chake 
Use Purging chake

If you use with purge options to chake package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge chake 

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove chake
