cbootimage software package provides Tools to dump and generate boot config table on Tegra devices, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cbootimage
cbootimage is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cbootimage package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cbootimage *
You will get with cbootimage package name, version, architecture and description in a table
