calligra-l10n-et software package provides Estonian (et) localization files for Calligra, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install calligra-l10n-et
calligra-l10n-et is installed in your system.
Make ensure the calligra-l10n-et package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep calligra-l10n-et *
