bzr-webdav software package provides WebDAV transport support for Bazaar, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install bzr-webdav
bzr-webdav is installed in your system.
Make ensure the bzr-webdav package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep bzr-webdav *
You will get with bzr-webdav package name, version, architecture and description in a table
