breeze-icon-theme software package provides Default Plasma icon theme., you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install breeze-icon-theme
breeze-icon-theme is installed in your system.
Make ensure the breeze-icon-theme package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep breeze-icon-theme *
You will get with breeze-icon-theme package name, version, architecture and description in a table
