booth software package provides Paxos-based daemon to manage multi-site clusters, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install booth
booth is installed in your system.
Make ensure the booth package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep booth *
You will get with booth package name, version, architecture and description in a table
