How to uninstall or remove bladerf-fpga-hostedx115 software package from Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak)

You can uninstall or removes an installed bladerf-fpga-hostedx115 package itself from Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove bladerf-fpga-hostedx115

Uninstall bladerf-fpga-hostedx115 including dependent package

If you would like to remove bladerf-fpga-hostedx115 and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove bladerf-fpga-hostedx115

Use Purging bladerf-fpga-hostedx115

If you use with purge options to bladerf-fpga-hostedx115 package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge bladerf-fpga-hostedx115

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove bladerf-fpga-hostedx115
