How to uninstall or remove blackbird-gtk-theme software package from Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak)

You can uninstall or removes an installed blackbird-gtk-theme package itself from Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove blackbird-gtk-theme

Uninstall blackbird-gtk-theme including dependent package

If you would like to remove blackbird-gtk-theme and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove blackbird-gtk-theme
Use Purging blackbird-gtk-theme

If you use with purge options to blackbird-gtk-theme package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge blackbird-gtk-theme

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove blackbird-gtk-theme
