How to uninstall or remove biomaj-watcher software package from Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak)

You can uninstall or removes an installed biomaj-watcher package itself from Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove biomaj-watcher

Uninstall biomaj-watcher including dependent package

If you would like to remove biomaj-watcher and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove biomaj-watcher

Use Purging biomaj-watcher

If you use with purge options to biomaj-watcher package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge biomaj-watcher

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove biomaj-watcher
