binutils-arm-linux-gnueabi software package provides GNU binary utilities, for arm-linux-gnueabi target, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install binutils-arm-linux-gnueabi
binutils-arm-linux-gnueabi is installed in your system.
Make ensure the binutils-arm-linux-gnueabi package were installed using the commands given below,
