auth-client-config software package provides pam and NSS profile switcher, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install auth-client-config
auth-client-config is installed in your system.
Make ensure the auth-client-config package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep auth-client-config *
You will get with auth-client-config package name, version, architecture and description in a table
