How to uninstall or remove audispd-plugins software package from Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak)

You can uninstall or removes an installed audispd-plugins package itself from Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove audispd-plugins 

Uninstall audispd-plugins including dependent package

If you would like to remove audispd-plugins and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove audispd-plugins 
Use Purging audispd-plugins

If you use with purge options to audispd-plugins package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge audispd-plugins 

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove audispd-plugins
