aspell-id software package provides Indonesian (id) dictionary for GNU aspell, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install aspell-id
aspell-id is installed in your system.
Make ensure the aspell-id package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep aspell-id *
You will get with aspell-id package name, version, architecture and description in a table
