apport-kde software package provides KDE frontend for the apport crash report system, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install apport-kde
apport-kde is installed in your system.
Make ensure the apport-kde package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep apport-kde *
You will get with apport-kde package name, version, architecture and description in a table
