How to uninstall or remove apertium-mlt-ara software package from Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak)

You can uninstall or removes an installed apertium-mlt-ara package itself from Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove apertium-mlt-ara 

Uninstall apertium-mlt-ara including dependent package

If you would like to remove apertium-mlt-ara and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove apertium-mlt-ara 
Use Purging apertium-mlt-ara

If you use with purge options to apertium-mlt-ara package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge apertium-mlt-ara 

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove apertium-mlt-ara
