aspell-ts software package provides The Tsonga dictionary for aspell, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install aspell-ts
aspell-ts is installed in your system.
Make ensure the aspell-ts package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep aspell-ts *
You will get with aspell-ts package name, version, architecture and description in a table
