bhl software package provides Emacs mode for converting annotated text to HTML and LaTeX, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install bhl
bhl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the bhl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep bhl *
You will get with bhl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
