apport-kde software package provides KDE frontend for the apport crash report system, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install apport-kde
apport-kde is installed in your system.
Make ensure the apport-kde package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep apport-kde *
You will get with apport-kde package name, version, architecture and description in a table
