How to Install argyll software package in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin)

argyll software package provides Color Management System, calibrator and profiler, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install argyll 

argyll is installed in your system.

Make ensure the argyll package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep argyll *

You will get with argyll package name, version, architecture and description in a table
