How to uninstall or remove 4digits software package from Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin)

You can uninstall or removes an installed 4digits package itself from Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove 4digits 

Uninstall 4digits including dependent package

If you would like to remove 4digits and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove 4digits 
Use Purging 4digits

If you use with purge options to 4digits package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge 4digits 

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove 4digits
