$ sudo npm install lodash.flatten
$ sudo npm install -g lodash.flatten

If want to update the lodash.flatten package execute the command as below,

Update package globally,

$ npm install -g lodash.flatten

Git clone:

$ sudo  git clone https://github.com/rektide/lodash.flatten.git

$ sudo  npm install -g ./lodash.flatten
