extend-error : Easily define custom error types in Node.js. You can installing extend-error npm packages, there are two ways to install this module locally and globaly. -g option is specified to global. Execute the below command.
$ sudo npm install extend-error $ sudo npm install -g extend-error
If want to update the extend-error package execute the command as below,
$ sudo npm update extend-error
Update package globally,
$ npm install -g extend-error
$ sudo git clone https://github.com/rektide/extend-error.git
$ sudo npm install -g ./extend-error
extend-error@0.0.2 /usr/lib/node_modules/extend-error
You can uninstall or remove this package from your node_modules run the command as below,
$ sudo npm uninstall extend-error
