How to Install cassandra-driver software package in NPM Packages

cassandra-driver : DataStax Node.js Driver for Apache Cassandra. You can installing cassandra-driver npm packages, there are two ways to install this module locally and globaly. -g option is specified to global. Execute the below command.

$ sudo npm install cassandra-driver
$ sudo npm install -g cassandra-driver

If want to update the cassandra-driver package execute the command as below,

$ sudo npm update cassandra-driver

Update package globally,

$ npm install -g cassandra-driver

Git clone:

$ sudo  git clone https://github.com/rektide/cassandra-driver.git
$ sudo  npm install -g ./cassandra-driver

cassandra-driver@3.3.0 /usr/lib/node_modules/cassandra-driver

How to remove cassandra-driver package :

You can uninstall or remove this package from your node_modules run the command as below,

$ sudo npm uninstall cassandra-driver
